This house was a disaster! The victim of partial renovations and haphazard construction, it was in need of complete renovation, or maybe a wrecking ball.  I completely reconfigured the space to create a light, bright open kitchen with a large island and a functional layout.

Creative family kitchen

I worked with an artistic couple to create a personal and unique kitchen that is all their own. We used cement tiles, and concrete pendants, and added wood beams and shiplap for a natural, artisanal mix.

High Contrast laundry room

We captured space from a very long garage and created an indoor laundry/mudroom. This hardworking room has a built-in storage bench, drying racks, a sink, farmhouse lighting, and plenty of storage.

Sequoia Primary Bathroom

A hotel-style primary bathroom for a young couple starting their family.
Pretty and feminine, we laid out the tile in a unique pattern and customized the 
vanity with quartz shelf. By reconfiguring the space, we were able to include a walk-in closet, a double vanity, a large shower, open shelving, and a separate toilet room

This bright, sunny kitchen was created by knocking down load bearing walls and raising dropped ceilings and floors.

I worked with a creative and detail oriented Client to renovate her old (but not original) kitchen. We worked with the quirky layout and original details to celebrate the craftsman style, but not create a "period piece." The result was a bright, open and functional kitchen that looks modern and complete while still fitting into this 1920's craftsman seamlessly.
